London, 6 November 2026– Accuria Ltd (“Accuria”) has advised a leading European financial institution operating in the automotive finance sector on the disposal of a new forward flow of non-performing receivables originated through its financing activities in Italy.
The process was conducted through Accuria’s digital Marketplace, combining the platform’s technology with the team’s data capabilities. This approach enabled the different stages of the competitive process to be managed efficiently and completed within a particularly short time frame, despite a challenging execution timeline.
The new agreement provides for the periodic sale of non-performing receivables arising from automotive financing agreements to an institutional investor specialised in the non-performing credit market.
Accuria acted as advisor to the seller, supporting the institution in data preparation, valuation and analysis, as well as managing the competitive process from initial investor engagement through to the selection of the successful bidder.
Marco Recchia, Transaction Specialist at Accuria, commented:
“We are pleased to have supported our client on this transaction. By bringing together our advisory expertise, data capabilities and digital marketplace, we managed a competitive process within a challenging time frame, streamlining investor engagement while giving our client real-time visibility and control throughout.”
