Accuria Ltd advised AMCO on the sale of four foreign non-performing loan portfolios, with a total Gross Book Value (“GBV”) of approximately €200 million.
The portfolios sold comprise all the foreign receivables under management and consist mainly of secured corporate loans across Romania, Albania, Croatia and Moldova.
Accuria acted as AMCO’s technology partner and advisor, supporting the company in data preparation and analysis, the structuring of the Virtual Data Room (VDR) and the related documentation.
The process was conducted through Accuria’s digital marketplace, combining the platform’s technology capabilities, including its AI capabilities, with the Accuria team’s advisory expertise in managing this type of process.
This combination enabled the different stages of the competitive process to be managed efficiently, involving a broad group of investors and allowing AMCO to retain real-time control over the progress of the process.
“We are pleased to have supported AMCO in this complex transaction, which provides a concrete example of how specialist advisory expertise and technology can contribute to the effective management of complex, cross-border competitive processes.” – Gianluca Savelli, Co-founder and CEO of Accuria
